Instructions

Elonva 150MCG

A sustained-release follicle-stimulating hormone used with a GnRH antagonist; a single injection sustains multi-follicular development for a full week.

In women undergoing assisted reproductive technology, this product is used together with a gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) antagonist for controlled ovarian stimulation to induce the development of multiple follicles.

Designed as a sustained-release follicle-stimulating hormone with the same pharmacological properties as recombinant FSH (r-FSH) but longer-lasting activity, able to initiate and maintain multi-follicular development for a full week.

Conventional FSH is administered daily during the first 7 days of treatment; ELONVA is specially designed so that a single injection replaces these 7 injections.
