Thank You to the Experts for Sharing Cross-Industry Service Experience
Yun-I began consultations on March 16. Since these first few days have not been too busy, we have been using the time to test our workflows and fine-tune our instruments and equipment.
What has been especially valuable is that we arranged three consecutive mornings of staff training. We invited Chairman Stanley Yen of the Alliance Cultural Foundation and Mr. Hsi-Ping Fan, former General Manager of the LDC Group in China, to give lectures to our team on the topic of “service.”
Every sentence of their sharing was insightful and meaningful. It was truly an honor for the Yun-I team.
When people come to a hospital, they hope to receive effective treatment and to see an “authoritative” physician. Because of this, after working in healthcare for a long time, medical staff may sometimes speak in a tone that resembles an authority figure. In the process, they may lose empathy and forget the original purpose of service.
We are grateful to Mr. Fan and Chairman Yen for sharing their many years of service experience with us.
I hope this opportunity will inspire our team members not only to possess professional medical skills, but also to develop a professional service attitude.
More importantly, I hope this mindset can become internalized as a standard of behavior among Yun-I staff, forming a culture that can be passed down and allowing us to provide safer and more attentive care to the public.
